GIFT GUIDE: GRANDPARENTS + FRIENDS/NEIGHBORS

It's Black Friday - happy shopping. I'm in bed, surrounded by technology and coffee to bring you deals and steals via IG Stories, so don't forget to check in throughout the day/weekend.

I'm rounding out this week with gifts for Grandparents and Friends+Neighbors.

Grandparents are the ultimate "we don't need anything" people! But, isn't it fun to hunt for something nice for them? I love to find things that I know will make things a bit easier, or that my kids can help me pick out and/or use with them. This could also go for extended relatives that you might exchange gifts with - the ideas were on the modest side and could easily mix/match with other people on your shopping list.

We are so fortunate to have close friends and neighbors that we enjoy exchanging small gifts with throughout the holiday season. We try and keep it small and thoughtful and this year I am 'wrapping' everything with a small reusable bag that they can use, reuse or regift.

Now, of course, if you are short on time - a bottle of wine is perfect. Or, if you are sticking to a budget (good for you!) - homemade cookies/candies/bread is perfect. If you want to dress up a homemade gift a bit, consider adding an item that goes with the gift as part of the wrapping. You could include a cookie cutter with ribbon on a plate of cookies, a mini spatula with homemade cookie mix, a mini whisk with tomato sauce or hot chocolate mix.
